Mike, the fitter, was fantastic from start to finish professional, friendly and did a great job fitting our box bay window to the front of the house, as well as the upstairs bedroom and bathroom windows. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. We’re really pleased with the results and would highly recommend CR Windows, especially Mike for his workmanship and attention to detail.
CR Windows customer service is absolutely fantastic. I needed some adjustments made due to a problem with the lock mechanism on front and back doors. The doors are coming up to 10 years old. From my initial email to the work being carried out under warranty the service has been exceptional. I have been delighted with the doors and windows and would highly recommend CR to anyone looking for replacement windows and doors
We are delighted with the quality of our new windows and doors - with the excellent service and fitting. Reliable and courteous, everyone at CR Windows has been a pleasure to deal with. Our windows and doors are a real asset to our home - more secure and better insulated so we will be warmer in winter and cooler in summer. I highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend CR Windows to anyone looking for replacement windows. Their sales staff were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable & gave good advice and a real plus they were non-pushy. They arrived on time for all their appointments, to measure up & surveying. They had a wide range of styles, colours, to choose from. Their installation staff arrived on time, were pleasant and friendly throughout & completed my installation efficiently, without fuse, kept me updated on their progress and finished within the timescale given. I now have some superb new windows. Don't look any further than CR Windows.
Lovely company, absolutely thrilled with the work that has been carried out. All of the contractors have been wonderful, very tidy and respectful whilst in my home. The work has been to a very high standard and has made a massive difference already. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done.
I was looking at options for an upgrade to my conservatory. Its polycarbonate roof had seen better days and was displaying signs of being brittle. So, along I went to CR windows to discuss. I met Angelo who was very professional and informative and took me through some options. I decided on a glass roof with bifolds to come into the house and was quoted a competitive price. The installation team (Andy and Harry) were on time every day, took pride in their job , were very polite and friendly and loved tea! Fantastic job and fabulous customer service from the start. Highly recommended 👏
