Crystal Clear Bristol

I wouldn't even give this company one star if I had the choice. I paid £4,000 in December for a front door. It took five months to install, and nearly seven months later I'm still waiting for it to be completed. The customer service has been an absolute disgrace. Every phone call has been met with excuses, broken promises, and what I consider to be misleading information. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid this company at all costs

Ethan and Harry did an amazing job at installing our internal glass corner door. Despite the challenges in getting the door inside the house and up the stairs they overcame them ensuring an amazing results. Very happy the installations and communications during the process. Will come here in the future if I need new door or window.

We've just had lovely patio doors fitted today. Jason and Jamie were very friendly,polite and worked hard all day . They left everything very clean and tidy. So very pleased with the result! 🙂

We would highly recommend Crystal Clear! We visited the showroom in Bristol and spoke through some options with James. In the end we went for some Origin internal doors which we love! The team including James and the surveyor were keen to find a solution as our underfloor heating prevented any fittings being drilled into the floor. The fitters, Steve A and Loui, were polite, tidy and thorough. Thanks all!

Had a great experience with Crystal Clear Bristol for our new patio doors! Had a good initial appointment with a non pushy salesman which was quick and easy. Shorter wait time than we expected as well for installation) with clear communication throughout. Steve A, Loui and Sean the installers were all friendly and have done a great job! We had part of wall removed and they did a great job making it good and left clean and tidy! Couldn’t be happier with our new doors and would use again in future if we need/recommend to others! Kevin and Jason fitted my new internal doors and did a great job . The attention to the finish was excellent and I’m very very happy with the end result . Great to have a tradesman who cleans up at the end too

Would highly recommend Crystal Clear, kept us informed and always on hand to answer any of our questions. Fitting day of our door, workman arrived on time, Kevin and Jason both friendly and explained what needed to be done. Both very tidy and clean workers, would recommend. When door was fitted and they had left you would not known that work had been done, except for the very nice fitted door.
