Zen Windows installed new windows throughout my house in December 2025. They did an absolutely brilliant job. The windows are excellent and the installation process was also high quality - the installers were very skilled and conscientious. I am especially pleased with the stained glass in the fanlights - they were able to copy the original designs and restore the windows to their former glory.
Zen installed 8 windows for us recently, they were excellent from start to finish. No sales tactics, just straight forward quote and installation. Installation was done to a very high standard. Always on time, house kept clean and the finish is exactly what we wanted. We have more to do and Zen will be our first choice next time.
We’d strongly recommend Zen. We used them to replace a large bedroom window and our French doors. They were friendly, communicative and thorough from start to finish. We also had a few manufacturer faults with our windows and they came to fix them without question. They also did a few repairs free of charge on some other windows that had been poorly fitted by a previous owner. Jeff and the team have been brilliant and we’ll definitely be using them for other windows too.
Found these guys from the reviews and they have been great throughout. Not pushy at all but very informative about what they could do and provided a quote quickly for significantly cheaper than a national chain. They also fitted us in within a month despite being in the run up to Christmas. Incredibly speedy fitting, everything cleaned up afterwards and zero issues with the new windows so far.
Zen replaced an old wooden conservatory across our back yard with a double glazed one. I just want to say how pleased we are with the conservatory and the whole process. Zen were able to quote and book the work in quickly after our initial enquiry. Their price was competitive (despite a couple of other people who came to quote saying they're expensive). The service throughout was friendly and professional. The job itself was speedy, the fitters took time to get small details right and cleared up really well afterwards. We would use Zen again and recommend them to others.
A friend highly recommended Zen, and we’re extremely pleased we chose them to install our new windows and doors. From start to finish, the process was great. During the installation, we raised a couple of concerns because a few things didn’t look quite as we expected, but after discussing them with the installers, the changes were made promptly and everything still finished on time. Big shout-out to Matt in the office and our installers, Steve and Jamie - you guys were great!
