Tim did a fantastic job of renovating our Edwardian front door. Very knowledgeable, great attention to detail. Really pleased with the end result. Thanks Tim.
Tim solved all our door issues in 2 short visits - not only did he quicky diagnose & solve our poorly fitting front door, but he went above & beyond in locating us some reclaimed Big Ben's for our renovation! We're delighted & can't recommend Tim high enough, a true professional that are getting harder to come by!
Great service. Tim was very amicable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain options very clearly. Delighted to keep our very old door and having it working so much more smoothly and securely thanks to Tim.
Thanks so much to Tim for doing a great job on our front door. Not only has he filled in the cracks and made it draft-free, he has made a 100 -year-old door ready for another century. Tim has also given us tips on how to look after it and has inspired me to beautify our door further! Tim is friendly, trustworthy and reliable.
We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Tim has done. We had a front door that previously had gaps and didn't close very well, Tim identified the problem and explained the work that needed doing. It now closes easily, has a frame that fits properly and is draft free. He also installed a new lock for us. Would thoroughly recommend!
There was a terrible draft coming through my front door and the lock kept slipping. I really didn't want to replace my beautiful original front door but then I found Tim's website and he sorted everything with no fuss and in just a couple of days as well as following up to check on the door afterwards. The lock fits perfectly and there's no draft, just in time for winter. As an added bonus he also fitted a lovely wooden footplate. Tim's love of wood and his explanations on how he was going to fix it really reassured me and I'm so pleased with the results. I couldn't be happier.
Tim is a superb craftsman; on a pre-visit he meticulously assessed the repairs needed to my damaged 1930's oak front door & frame, then undertook sympathetic repairs with skill, time & care and, in so doing, made my door "whole" once again; also by closing gaps in the frame the wind no longer blows so my home is much warmer. Tim's excellent craftsmanship is now part of the door's "history" and is valued as such. I smile each time I arrive home. I cannot thank you enough Tim.
