Door Express Southwest

Had 6 door fitted today by Jay of Door Express- Taunton. Doors have been fitted nicely, excellent attention to detail and he explained everything as he fitted the doors.

Excellent work by a real craftsman and a really nice guy. The work was carried out promptly, cleanly and efficiently to a high standard and at a good price. Highly recommended ✅😀

We had 16 oak doors supplied and fitted by Door Express South West in Taunton – and I honestly couldn’t fault them. From start to finish the service was outstanding. They managed to fit all 16 doors in just 3 days, with real attention to detail and a fantastic finish. What really impressed me was their approach – no deposit needed, and you only pay once you’re 100% happy. That level of trust and customer care is rare these days. The whole team were professional, efficient and friendly throughout. Doors were perfect good quality. Installers NOT good beware of workmanship that is not there really disappointed.

Wow, what a totally unprofessional company, do not give your business to Steve and his crew, I supplied him with the correct measurements of the 5 doors I needed, he brought the completely wrong size for my bathroom and tried to blame it on my measurements but once I showed him what I provided to him, he blamed it on the 1930's house and sometimes its 27 inch and sometimes is 28 inches, instead of doing the intelligent thing and bringing both with him (my door was 27.5 inches which he was well aware of) he thought he knew best and brought the 27 inch. I don't think he had any intention of doing the bathroom door as he said he wouldn't come to Bristol for one door, it would need to be when he is here again even though it was his fault! Terrible customer service, to top it all they left my property in a complete mess outside and inside, they left sawdust absolutely everywhere, didn't take their rubbish away and filled my bin up! I have tried to contact him and surprise surprise no contact back, clearly he knows what he has done, appalling behaviour and clearly not an adult to address issues. I wish I read the reviews on google and not on his company website, (the testimonials are a false representation of this company) I would have found out the truth and stayed clear, he will sell his company to customers as an honest family run business but he is clearly out of his depth with professionalism and integrity, shameful company with absolutely no morals.

Today I had 6 doors fitted by Steve & Jay, they did a excellent job , I couldn’t fault them in anyway, . A very experienced team & friendly ,they left everything clean & tidy. I couldn’t wish for better service I would definitely use these guys again. Thank you Steve & Jay

Excellent sevice from first call to job finished. Had 13 doors fitted by jack and it was lovely to see him take pride in his work. What a nice gentleman with Excellent skills. Love my doors they look great. Thank you doors express. Would recommend to anyone who want new doors. Fantastic job.
