I genuinely couldn’t recommend Philip enough. We had an emergency problem with our bi folding doors- I phoned at 9am and he was at my flat within a couple hours and clearly has so much experience. He even had the parts we needed in his van ready to go! He made what could have been a seriously stressful experience as easy as it could be- they worked on the doors whilst I was at work and Philip updated me with phone calls every step of the way - we are super grateful and happy with the service! So impressed by the service I received. Our bifold doors had been a bit clunky, stiff lock, making scraping noises when opening. So I contacted London Lock & Glass. I received a very quick response, giving me a quote and what needed fixing based on my photos and videos. They came to fix the next day and they were polite, friendly, explaining what needed to be done and the cost of the parts that we would need. The fix was perfect - doors work seemlessly as if brand new now. I initially chose this company because the price was more competitive than another quote. But after speaking with Philip, I realise that the other quote was trying to get me to spend £150 on a part that wasn’t broken and didn’t need replacing. So all to say, I’m very relieved I found London Lock & Glass. I would highly recommend to others and will be using them for any issues in the future. Thanks again!

I work for a school and contacted Phillip about a damaged door closer. As it is a heavy door a two man team was needed. The door was in a very bad state. Thankfully Phillip had the closer and other necessary parts to get the door back in a better working condition than it ever has been. They certainly know their trade.
