It serves north, south, west and east London. The company provides same day emergency glass replacement for wooden, metal, aluminium, upvc windows and doors. It offers a no fix no fee policy. The company uses highly durable locks from UK and European manufacturers. Its main services include window repair, glass replacement, hinge repair, lock repair, and door alignment.

Fast Repair - London has built its reputation in Bethnal Green on double glazing and window repair work that customers describe as quick, well priced and neatly finished. Several reviewers highlight the speed of the response, with quotes often provided the same day after photos or a short message, and sealed units replaced in a matter of days rather than weeks. Condensated or failed double-glazed panes, window locks, balcony door glass and full window installations all feature in the accounts, and the final result is repeatedly described as neat and professional.

Pricing comes up often as fair and transparent, with no hidden costs and quotes that hold once the work begins. Reviewers mention that appointments are kept, that arrival times are respected and that the team explains what is being done. The team, named in one account as Gulam and colleagues, is described as friendly and approachable, and a detail many reviews return to is how problems were handled: a payment query was cleared up without fuss, and one customer recalls the crew helping move furniture that was not part of the job. Communication over messaging and photographs is praised for making diagnosis and booking straightforward.
