Richmond Doors are an exceptional company. We have just had our 1920s front door replaced with a perfect reproduction of the original. The door build and quality is excellent, the stained glass a supberb match and the fitting was undertaken with skill and care. The company's communication was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend Claudio and his team to anyone needing a new front door.

We are delighted with our new front door, designed and installed by Doug and the team at Richmond Doors. From our initial engagement and throughout the design, build, and installation process Richmond Doors were responsive, friendly, and professional (especially as we went back and forth on various design and fittings options). The installation team were friendly and efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. The result is a beautiful door and fanlight with stunning stained glass. The reduction in noise from our relatively busy road is also significant and I am confident there will no longer be a cold draught come winter. Highly recommend!

We cannot speak more highly of the excellent job Richmond doors have done in replacing our front door. Doug Pigott and his team represent the best of craftmanship - an increasingly rare commodity in our 'modern' world! They worked from my design for a door that captures the ethos of our Art Deco inspired house. Tommy measured up and oversaw the manufacturing of the door in their factory - and Robertus and James spent two days installing it meticulously into an existing opening that was far from square! We are so happy with our new front door! Richmond Doors has replaced our old nondescript door with a lovely replica of the original doors on our street. Doug and the team were amazing, they listened to what we wanted and delivered it on time (even earlier than I thought actually), and they were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Richmond Door, they are great!!

Their planning, attention to detail, organisation, quality of door+surround and overall behaviour meant we were extremely happy and would happily recommend them. They weren't our cheapest quote but the amount of work involved, high quality of finnish and end result definitely justified the price.
