We had a Rock Door measured and fitted last year at a very competitive price by Paul and Harry, and have been very happy with it ever since. The advice provided for its ongoing care and longevity was thorough and the aftercare by the gents has been excellent, with the expected adjustments and tweaks made at a convenient time and date for us. I would highly recommend Paul and Harry as they give me a lot of confidence in their attention to detail and their desire to provide a good customer service, unlike other companies who have been in a rush to fob you off and ignore requests for help after the installation is complete and they have your money!

Having spoken by phone and email, they arrived as planned and turned what was a frustratingly difficult door to open into one that is great to use. No longer do we have to fight our way into the house! They were also very helpful in suggesting the best products to use for maintenance. Clearly they know what they're talking about and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have had two doors fitted by Rock Solid Door. Very happy with their service. They left everything very tidy. Communication was very prompt and clear.
