As I wanted something different, I researched to find a good local firm. Caddy Windows had a lot of recommendations from people who had used them. The people from Caddy listened to what I needed and ensured I had exactly what I asked for. The original sash cords had been painted shut since the 1940s. Smart new UPVC windows that open easily are just wonderful. And the pine sills, surrounds and architrave I have waxed in oak have a suitably heritage look. I will be getting Caddy Windows to fit my next window project.
Would 100% recommend Caddy Windows. From the start of the process, they made it so easy and simple! Booked the first appointment to measure up, Greg came out and was really helpful. All very straight forward and talked through it all. We had a few quotes forward and back with different options which wasn’t a problem with them. The fitting was expected to take 3 days, two men turned up promptly at 8am every day and cracked on. You wouldn’t even know they were here. They left the place spotless, tidy etc. Considerate to covering up using dust sheets etc. Overall so we are so happy with their professionalism and promptness!
I would have been happy no matter what, the whole service from original quote to scheduling the installation was great, the quality of the windows even exceeded expectations. What really made the difference was the two incredibly professional fitters- Dan and Dan. They were polite, considerate, courteous, and also consummate professionals. My house has been transformed , and the little details they paid attention to make it a fantastic result!!
Really pleased with the work done by Caddy Windows. They fitted new windows at the front of our house along with a new front door, and everything was completed to a very good standard. Dan M & Dan T who carried out the work were friendly, professional, and tidy throughout. The whole job went smoothly and we’re very happy with the end result. Everything about using Caddy Windows for our downstairs windows and doors has been fantastic. We had a lot done - two front doors, a back door, bi-fold doors, and 6 windows, but it was all done so smoothly from design to survey to installation. In particular, we were really impressed with Jamie, Ricky and Craig's installation. They were all really professional, thorough and tidy, and did an excellent job with getting the windows and doors in. We will definitely use Caddy Windows again when we need more windows replaced.
