I needed to source 13 pairs of door handles for a project. I needed to talk to someone who understood locks, doors, and fitting. It's virtually impossible to get advice at any of the big chains. Purchased some door furniture for our new front door, the staff were so friendly and helpful in showing us what was needed. They were particularly good at communicating and keeping us updated about the order, which arrived a day after we placed it! Would use them again in the future for any other door stuff we need! Great service, great price + great product. Wanted 6 standard size doors and 2 smaller sized ones, great choice of doors, Rob was so helpful and gave good advice and help with doors and door furniture. Order was ready in 2 days but I was waiting 3 weeks for a chippy, no problem we will hold them for you. As it happens got a cancellation date much sooner from chippy.
