Sales & Pricing: Archie provided us with the quotes and after a few weeks managed to bring down the original price quoted to something reasonable. We do wish that there could have been some more honest discussions earlier as the initial price was incredibly higher than what we paid! Fitting and service: We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Our fitters Kyle and Kevin were superb, professional, clean and kind to work around our circumstances. They arrived on time and did a fabulous job over the two days they were with us. We were very lucky to have them and they even finished ahead of schedule. Negatives: Initial quotation noted above and having to chase the office prior to fitting regarding the scaffolding as I wasn’t contacted when advised and this was installed after our fitters arrived in the morning to begin work. Not insurmountable and fixed quickly to allow job to run to time. Additionally those who did the scaffolding used some crude and inappropriate language which wasn’t fabulous.
Wow what a fantastic job done by Dave and Dan at the window hub. Super quick,very efficient and such a professional job. We are extremely pleased with all our new windows and doors. Cannot fault the service of the window hub from start to finish. Would highly recommend
The Window Hub were great! We would never usually go for something this big from a door to door knock, but the salesman was very attentive, reassuring and knowledgeable and window hub seemed to have a very good reputation online, and I’m glad to say they definitely fulfilled their expectations! We got a great price for our 4 windows and door replacement l and even got two of the window spaces extended to fit bigger windows in. And for not too much money either. The installation was great! Both Rich and Luke were brilliant! Turned up early, very prompt to get going and did a brilliant job over just one and half days! And they even went the extra mile and tidied up another window frame that had been done poorly by previous owners for us! We love our new windows and are very glad we went with the window hub! We would 100% recommend them to anyone else!
Kieran and Steve were quick, tidy always courteous and left the place cleaner than they found it! Would definitely recommend! Lovely windows (of course they are - I chose them 😉) and a great front door! All at a price that I’m very happy to pay.
The service I received from Nathan and Brandon during the whole installation was excellent. The professionalism and quality of their work was amazing and has certainly made our house look modern again. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them. Only negative, would be Nathan's singing, he really does need singing lessons.
Quality set of windows and doors. Luke and Rich did a great job installing. Good finish, no issues. Took all the old bits away leaving the place all good to go. Kept up dates on progress. Would recommend.
New front door fitted today. Door is exactly as ordered and totally love it. Luke & Rich did an amazing job. Prompt arrival, quick fitting to an expert standard. Clean and tidy and generally nice guys. Would definitely request them as fitters when next needed. 😊
