Unfortunately there was a weakness with the part, so with no hesitation Derek ordered a replacement and it was fitted within the week by his great team. Excellent communication throughout and polite and very courteous staff. Would recommend
Met Derek about 9 years ago he was fantastic and looking to set up alone and during this time i have built up a facilities business employing 50 people across the South West and South Wales we rely on Dereks expertise and experiece and wonderful team to support our wider buisiness. Anytime a recomendation comes up for doors Dereks name appears. Top bloke
Derek and Alfie came round in the pouring rain within a couple of hours of calling them. They quickly worked out the problem and fixed it with no fuss at all. Great price for a great service. Would highly recommend. They took notice what what my wife told them on the phone and couldn't have been more helpful in securing our home for us. Top class service.
Derek rescued us out of a pickle when our garage door jammed and we were about to go away. He was quick, informative and good value. He also serviced our door, to save a costly replacement and all working great now. I would highly recommend.
Absolutely incredible service. We called on Sunday morning (of the bank holiday) to say we had an issue with the garage door. Within the hour, they were here and had diagnosed the issue, offered to fix it the same day. We said we were fine to wait until after the bank holiday for the repair, they helped us close the electric garage door and returns quickly after the bank holiday. Extremely happy and would recommend to everyone we know

Called Bristol garage doors 19:05pm with an emergency broken front door, very responsive came within half an hour. Very professional and approachable and would definitely recommend! I will be using their services going forward for definite!
