ASL Steel Doors

Very good job. They fitted my door perfectly and very quickly. Very good customer service too. The door comes with no paint so would be good if they could also offer that service. Other than, very happy with the job.

I have been really impressed by the level of service provided by ASL steel door. I contacted them among other doors installers and I chose them for the level of details they gave to explain what I could expect and for their reactivity. They replied in a day with all the information I needed. They explained the all process that went on accordingly to what was stated. They warned me there might be a bit of delay because of products shortage (COVID or Brexit can't remember what they told me). There were effectively a couple of weeks delay but it was way worth the wait. A team of polite and considerate craftsmen came to install our door and I am very happy with the result that could not be better. Beside, they created very little disruption and left the place spotless. I strongly recommend them.

ASL has been absolutely helpful from the moment I urgently contacted them after being accidentally locked out due to the malfunctioning lock. They have immediately arranged a locksmith who arrived within 20 minutes, unlocked in 30 seconds, and repaired it giving detailed explanations. I was amazed by their professionalism and will definitely call them again in case of emergency or in need of replacing the locks or doors.

This company has done an excellent job for me, from finding a way to get the door setup in a short time-frame, to actually setting a nice beautiful and strong door that looks very good in my flat. I have and will recommend it to friends and family

John and the team were excellent from the moment we called ASL after we unfortunately had our home burgled. We chose ASL based on reviews and we were not disappointed. ASL were very responsive with fitting a very secure temporary replacement door in what was a distressing time for the family. ASL had a great understanding & empathy for our situation which unfortunately is common these days. We decided to order & fit a steel door and we are very happy with the quality and the outstanding service throughout from order to fitting with ASL. Whilst having a very secure steel door, cosmetically it looks like our original door. Many thanks John and team - we will definitely recommend and use you again 100%!

Horrible experience. Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. We got in touch with Steel Security Doors 5 weeks ago to Book a Survey thinking they'd be a professional company that is able to deliver the requested service efficiently. We read the reviews and thought they were trustworthy but unfortunately, they kept moving the appointment of the survey (a day before we had booked the survey, meaning we had already requested our days off of work for this) and now 5 weeks have passed and still this survey hasn't taken place. We have had to call them up several times and chased them through emails and they still haven't given us a date for this survey to take place. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING considering the fact that installing a security door is a priority for us to feel secure in our own home and that we wanted our security door survey to be checked before Christmas.

Very hardworking and trustworthy firm. Ian and his assistant worked tirelessly all day to fit our new door and delivered an excellent result. Ian was clearly very knowledgeable and gave very helpful suggestions on how to improve the security of our building. I tried repeatedly to offer refreshments but they always refused, they were really polite and did their best to cause the least disruption. When they finally finished (it was dark already!) they were going to tidy up but I thought I'd spare them the final task! Very happy and would recommend wholeheartedly.
