Lotus Windows (Double Glazing)

We recently had some work done on our flat and the whole experience turned out far better than we expected. From the first enquiry through to the final installation, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

We purchased two bay windows for our ground floor flat last month. After getting quotes from a few companies we went with Lotus windows and were super happy with the results! Price was competitive and they're very transparent about costs across different makes and models. I was especially pleased with how fast and responsive they were - managed to book and sort the whole installation in just under a month (I found a lot of others didn't really reply/just weren't responsive). Our flat is an old Victorian with crooked walls and I was amazed they managed to make everything fit and look straight. Super pleased! Would definitely use them again

Very pleased with the bi-fold door supplied and installed by Taz and his team. From initial contact, to the first visit for an estimate, to the second visit to confirm the opening size, to final installation. He is always punctual, courteous and professional. Also received the FENSA certificate to confirm the performance in comply with Building Reg. Unfortunately, I did not included the concealed door stopper in the design and cannot be added to our bifold door now.

Absolutely shambolic company, do not use unless you’re prepared for any excuse to avoid accountability. The work is not great and any issues are not resolved. I’d highly recommend staying away from Taz and Lotus Windows. The majority of these 5 star reviews are fake. Don’t fall for it.
