Lotus Windows (Double Glazing)

We recently had two bay windows installed and couldn’t be happier with the result. Lotus Windows offered a competitive price and were very clear and transparent about the different options and costs. Communication was excellent, and they managed to arrange everything surprisingly quickly. Our Victorian property has plenty of awkward, uneven walls, but the installation team handled everything brilliantly and achieved a really neat finish. The windows look fantastic, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely use Lotus Windows again.

We purchased two bay windows for our ground floor flat last month. After getting quotes from a few companies we went with Lotus windows and were super happy with the results! Price was competitive and they're very transparent about costs across different makes and models. I was especially pleased with how fast and responsive they were - managed to book and sort the whole installation in just under a month (I found a lot of others didn't really reply/just weren't responsive). Our flat is an old Victorian with crooked walls and I was amazed they managed to make everything fit and look straight. Super pleased! Would definitely use them again

Very pleased with the bi-fold door supplied and installed by Taz and his team. From initial contact, to the first visit for an estimate, to the second visit to confirm the opening size, to final installation. He is always punctual, courteous and professional. Also received the FENSA certificate to confirm the performance in comply with Building Reg. Unfortunately, I did not included the concealed door stopper in the design and cannot be added to our bifold door now.

Absolutely shambolic company, do not use unless you’re prepared for any excuse to avoid accountability. The work is not great and any issues are not resolved. I’d highly recommend staying away from Taz and Lotus Windows. The majority of these 5 star reviews are fake. Don’t fall for it.
