Excellent service, front start to finish. Nice people, not pushy into buying. Plenty of choices. A good, honest, trustworthy company, that i would highly recommend. My Shutters look great, the blackout Roller Blind is a must for all bedrooms. If you need Shutters, look no further. I waited four months, and it was worth the wait. I am very pleased.

The experience from beginning to end was great. We had a little while to wait for our shutters to be made but were kept updated throughout. The shutters were installed within the timescales we were told and Bobi who installed them was great. He did such a great job and was really tidy. I would definitely recommend Shutters Factory.

We had Bobby around yesterday to do our shutters. He was so professional and made no mess at all. He did a fantastic job with the shutters and cleaned up and tidied up as he was going along. I have had a high end costly shutter company previously and they didnt do half as good as a job then Bobby! Highly recommend him. Andrew was also amazing and gave me a competitive price. He called me a few times during the ordering and booking process. On his day off he came and put up temporary blinds. Which company does all this. He was patient and answered all my questions. The look and feel of the shutters speak for themselves. I am really thankful to the company and for their professional staff Andrew and Bobby!

Ordered my shutters back in September and had them delivered today. The whole process was really easy and I was walked through the process ensuring that I was happy. Today the shutters were delivered and I am so impressed with the finish! Bobby installed the shutters and he did a great job. Not only did he install them well but he cleaned up after himself and was professional friendly and polite. I recommend shutters factory as we have such a pleasant experience with them.
