I bought these shutters from what seemed to be a premium brand offering a high-quality product. However, they broke after just 18 months. When I contacted the company for a repair, I was told I could either bring them to the showroom and pay £100–£150, or have someone come out to fix them for £300–£350. I’m extremely disappointed—this is not what I expected from a company claiming to deliver premium quality. I would not buy from them again. Save your money and consider a more affordable alternative that might offer the same (or better) durability.

feel scammed !!!!!!! I placed an order 24 weeks ago , I was.told it would take 16 weeks coming from China . At 18 weeks I contacted them via phone text and email many times but no reply on my third email I got a call back and a standard reply stating delays to shipping stating “ - Our supplier has been in touch to let us know that a couple of shipments are delayed at present due to the conflict in the Red Sea at present, and are being detained outside a Port enroute to ease congestion. Unfortunately they estimate that this will add an approx. delay of four weeks onto the delivery of these containers. Our supplier is scheduled for a further update in 2 weeks so I will pass on any information we receive straight away.. “ it’s been 6 weeks since this email and the they not returning my calls or emails . I’ve jjust learnt the company is about to be stuck off at companies house for failure to produce there accounts . Just to warn others I would not recommend this company . I’m taking to a solicitor and the ombudsman about this Ghost company .

From contacting Plantation Shutters, chatting to the team, James who measured up, James and Jake who fitted the shutters, I’m absolutely more than satisfied with the whole experience. Shutters look amazing. The whole team are polite, professional and would definitely recommend highly.

Second time of calling Plantation Shutters in. They did our downstairs living room shutters a couple of years ago and went straight back to them this time around to fit out three more rooms. Couldn't be happier with the sizing, costing and installation. Big thanks to Jordan for doing such a great job with the fitting today. Would have no problem recommending this firm to anyone

Efficient, polite, experienced and good value. I will go back and repeat if ever I need more of what Plantations Shutters offer. Wish I had more windows !
