Fantastic Service from Start to Finish – Highly Recommended We recently had shutters installed by Shutters Forever in our new home, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. They came highly recommended by a close family friend who had used them before—and now we understand why. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. We sent over some photos of our windows, and they quickly responded with a rough estimate. That gave us a helpful ballpark figure, which made it much easier to compare quotes and ultimately decide to go with them. Their pricing was very competitive, and their reputation reassured us we were in good hands. Once we confirmed the job, they came out to take detailed measurements. The team was polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. As first-time buyers of shutters, we weren’t familiar with the terminology or materials, but they patiently walked us through all the options, explaining everything in a way that made sense. After we paid our deposit, it took around three months for the shutters to arrive—and they were absolutely worth the wait. The installation was done with care and precision, and the final result looks stunning. The shutters have truly transformed the look and feel of our home. We’re so pleased with the end result and the entire process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shutters Forever to anyone looking for quality shutters and excellent service.
