We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. We had cafe shutters installed in our living room and tier-on-tier installed in our bedroom. The communication was great throughout. The lead time was long (about 3 months) but they were very upfront about this from the beginning. The finished product is perfect and I couldn't be happier!
