London Windows Repairs (LWR) refurbished all the wood work for our Old Victorian Library residential loft conversion (as part of a major works program) as well as the wooden balconies and steel supports and steel down pipes. We have over 50 windows and doors. The work was done meticulously and to a very high standard. This included, sanding, repairs, re-built, painting and finishing. The team, lead by Kristian, was very professional, detailed oriented, and very tidy every single day. We were very please with the works which exceeded our expectations. They earned our trust. Kristian and his colleague did a fantastic job renovating our sash windows. They were in a really bad condition and we thought we would need to replace them. But thanks to them, they now look brand new! Renovating was the way to go! They were both very kind, friendly and super tidy. I will definitely call them back for other projects in the future.

I called London Windows Repairs Ltd on Bank Holiday Monday when I had a problem with one of my balcony doors in Battersea. I was assured (by a person not a machine!) that I'd hear from them later in the week with a date and time that their expert could come round. Four days later they called saying that the gentleman could come that afternoon. He arrived at the time we agreed, was very polite and, after an initial assessment, took about an hour to fix the problem (which was more complex than I'd envisaged) and I'm delighted with the result. His service wasn't cheap but he did a very good job and when, the following day, I paid the invoice I received a very nice note of thanks. Consequently, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend London Windows Repairs Ltd and I will certainly seek their assistance them again if the need arises.
