We had a really great experience with this family-owned business and wanted to leave some positive feedback. Gary carried out the repairs on our windows and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What we really appreciated was that he took the time to explain everything to us, including how to maintain the windows and the mechanical parts so we can keep them working well in the future. He was also very approachable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I also had the chance to speak with Frank at the start. My partner and I had some bad experiences with other companies before, so we were a bit nervous going into this. Frank was very professional and took the time to explain things clearly and reassure us about the repairs we would be receiving. That meant a lot and helped us feel much more confident moving forward. Although some of the windows still have minor defects due to their age and poor work done by previous companies, we are overall very happy with the repairs and the service we received.

Returned a voice message about a glazing unit not closing properly the next morning. Attended on time and used/returned hidden keys to access my flat as I was at work with no fuss. I was called once the situation was assessed to tell me the problem, ask me whether to proceded before fixing the window and tell me the cost. No sales patter to sell another glazed unit. Window fixed, left no trace, excellent service and communication. Faultless, thank you.

Had a humidifying double glazed panel for one of my balcony doors, they supplied an extremely well priced quote for replacing the panel as well as fixing the sticking hinges for the doors. The work was done within 30 minutes, they ticked all the boxes. Can only recommend.

We were very happy with the service we got from this company, when they repaired our 30 year old double glazed windows, without ever even suggesting we should get new ones installed, which is what I was expecting. They turned up when they said they would; and the guys who did the repairs were helpful and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

I don't know how these guys get the glowing reviews on this site. My experience is that they told me they would provide me with a quote for the repair of a door to my balcony and nothing has happened. Despite promising a phone call to let me know, it has been total silence, having told me they would ring on Tuesday 22nd November. They obviously are not interested in the job but don't have the gumption to tell you so and keep you hanging on. I don't call that professional! It's awful!

I spent a while looking up Edinburgh based companies to repair a uPVC tilt and turn window that was tilting on what appeared to be only one hinge (diagonally). This company only had 6 reviews but all were good so I decided to get a free quote (after trying a few others who were rather pricey). Two guys came out, had a look and repaired it there and then for £40. Took them 15 min. They were very friendly, professional and did a great job. I'll definitely be recommending them.
