Had to phone up for the 10 year warranty pack to be sent out, also we were only given a single key which is not very handy if it gets lost. Was told they would post out a spare with the warranty pack but they didn't. Now uncontactable by phone, just a robotic voice telling people to go to www dot and fill in a form. Whilst our issue is relatively minor this is a customer service red flag as anyone with a significant problem with their job after payment would be unable to get any help.
Excellent tradesmen. The whole project ran smoothly, to time and budget. The final extension is better than we had hoped for. Maybe communications during the build could be improved.
We were planning on replacing our old windows & doors and saw a neighbour getting them from Bryant & Cairns and asked for a quote based on the reviews. These are accurate. It all went very smoothly & efficiently. We did go to the showroom to look at colours and how the windows looked/worked which was helpful. We're very happy with the end results. Reasonable price
We met with Chris and he had already done his homework as bungalow in a conservatory area and fully understood our requirements. The quote was accepted on the day and Chris outlined next steps including obtaining local authority agreement along with installation dates. The installation team were very efficient and work completed to a very high standard and my sister fully satisfied with process from start to finish.

A great company, great staff, a great job putting in our two new doors. Cannot praise Bryant And Cairns highly enough. Interestingly, we were only quoted one unchanging price by them - unlike some whose price varied almost minute by minute. They were like throwbacks to the bad old days of double glazing sales. Trust Bryant And Cairns. They really do deliver the goods.
All in all happy with our doors. But you really must watch the workman as some make stupid mistakes and are sheer lazy. I’m having my house renovated and decided to buy Bryant and Cairns doors as I liked them. But down the line when I’ve come to replace flooring, having plastering work etc I’ve noticed that the doors have been installed on old bits of carpet or on top of wallpaper then sealed making life more difficult for me to achieve the best finish. It’s the small things….why not ask the customer? rather than assume or not even care. Poor workmanship.
