We are very impressed by the quality of the products which will make a huge difference to our home. Ryan and Tony were on time, friendly, professional polite and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Excellent service from start to finish. I cannot fault SRJ. Great price for my new front door. Expertly installed by Davie and Ryan. Job completed within a few hours with minimum hassle. And looks great!

We recently had door installed by SRJWindows and we are over the moon with it! We cannot thank the team enough, from start to finish they were fabulous, so friendly and knowledgeable! From start to finish 5star experience, kept me informed before and after windows where installed. Great payment plans. Great workmanship and left house clean and tidy. Slight crack in rendering outside, from removing old windows (these things happen) srj where in touch straight after and fixed rendering without me even having to contact them. House is alot warmer. Exemplary service, highly recommended.
I had an appointment for a member of the SRJ windows team to come to my home to give a quote for new windows. I had several phone calls from the company confirming this appointment. An hour and half before it was scheduled I received a phone call to tell me would have to be cancelled. This was due to overrunning at an earlier appointment and would not be able to attend later that evening. The staff who I spoke to on the phone were all very polite, however it does not excuse the time it has wasted for me.
