I would say out of everyone we’ve had round to quote, he was the most informed and knowledgeable. I explained that I need time to look through everything and make my own informed decision as to whether to proceed which was accepted.
Eddie called and was very friendly and put me at ease. He informed me on all aspects of my replacement windows. Eddie ensured I had all knowledge and details of full process. He was really was excellent and knowledgeable x

Eddy, the representative gave us an interesting description of the company's ethos, family run, priority on customer satisfaction. He gave us a detailed breakdown on all aspects, the features of the windows, the ordering process & payment options. He was very professional & knowledgeable while being extremely friendly & put us completely at ease. He gave us an exceptionally good deal which we were happy to agree to, would definitely recommend Eddy & Homeshield Scotland Ltd from our experience.
Diane was out today to discuss new windows for us. We had originally planned to just do back ones however due to good pricing and interest rates we opted to get our whole flat done. Diane was very helpful and very pleasant. She explained everything clearly. Happy with the service we have received so far.
Homeshield's salesman Eddie was so friendly & engaging. He gave a thorough explanation about Homeshield, types of windows, T's & C's, whilst pausing for our intermittent questions. He worked out a price that was suitable for us & our windows will be fitted in about 3 weeks' time. Eddie was informative, not at all pushy, & we felt he was eager to find us the choice which was best for us practically & financially. It was clear to see that Eddie enjoyed his job & we felt he was genuine & authentic. Eddie represented Homeshield really well as the first face to face contact.
