Replacement of 14 old wooden windows with uPVC completed in under 24 hours; very quick, efficient and tidy. We are delighted with the results, noticeably quieter. Inside looks lighter which is nice.

I was recommended SRN Home Improvements for windows and doors by a workmate who had just had windows installed by them. A very professional company, from initial consultation to completion of installation was just 3 weeks and 5 days! We had all our windows and both doors replaced. Our old windows were more than 30 years old and it showed. We now have nice modern white upvc windows and doors with no draughts and a massive reduction in noise from outside. I'm sure we'll see the benefit come winter when our old windows used to mist up at the bottom. The service was second to none, the installers had everything done and dusted in 2 and a half days with minimum disruption and no damage to decoration except for one window which had very minor damage to the plaster below the sill. This was repaired a few days later, with no need to chase anybody up or phone. The windows and doors are of a high quality and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SRN Home Improvements to anyone who is looking for new windows and/or doors. I would give more stars to this company. From first phone call to finished job, the service was excellent. The team worked non stop., happy to explain or answer any questions. Cleaned up as they worked respectful of property. I would not hesitate to recommend. I am more than happy with the finished result

We wish we got new windows in long ago… We wish we got new windows in long ago it amazing no more drafts no more noise from outside the house is even warmer we love our new windows we love the colour too, even the colour stands out amazing we can’t believe it we love them even the price was great too, and there was only 2 guys that fitted them well done to them they only took 2 days from start to finish, the guys that fitted them was just amazing very happy cheerful guys and having a laugh with them they even worked very hard too thanks guys very professional to them and thanks to SRN Home Improvements, we are so happy and pleased, Thanks to everyone amazing job well done .

Put a post up on Thursday on their Facebook page and they have since removed the review bit from Facebook. I WONDER WHY! As by per the photos in this post we were of similar experience. 3 different people communicating and ALL telling different stories. First person door knocking Wednesday 6 May lunch time. Appointment made for 6pm Thursday 7th. Received phone call during the day on 7th confirming appointment. Rep turns up BANG on the time. Changes story when he speaks with me, asks for my information and I refuse and send other half to the door and this rep tells him a different story. Very odd feeling about it. Other half politely says thanks but no thanks and closes the door. Before making it back to the kitchen the phone went from the female (the person who called confirming appointment that day) asking why I REFUSED the man entry. I didn’t refuse but glad I did. So all very mixed sales techniques which says a lot. The rep didn’t even shown ID either but was wearing the company logo t-shirt. Posted about this interaction on their FB (that same day) review for others to be aware of and they have hidden their reviews bit!! Says it all!!!! Others in pics have said similar.

This company is trustworthy and take pride in their work. Staff was extremely friendly and professional, done a fantastic job and my roofline was done in two days, cleaned up after. I'm very happy.

Recently had 9 windows and 2 doors installed by SRN. Work was carried out very professionally, tidily and to the stated schedule. A big thanks to the installers Campbell, Chris and Derek who were hard working and friendly and went the extra mile by taking down and putting back up blinds and helped with moving furniture, excellent customer service. Also, the sales/admin/surveyor team, Kenny, Damon, Euan and Nikki were all very helpful in guiding me through the entire process.
