Professional service and installation, at an affordable price. Had 4 new windows installed. The team answered every question, invited us to their showroom to see the windows, quality and choose privacy glass options. 100% recommend this firm. Real class act.
Recently had all of our windows replaced by Southside Windows. Their customer service throughout was fantastic and no pushiness like larger companies. Helpful throughout the process, ensuring we selected the right windows for our needs. Mick and Iain did a great job of fitting the windows - polite, professional and tidy. Highly recommend.
Incredible experience Start to finish No hard sell , agreed the price immediately Russell owner and surveyor is incredible ,totally down to earth and gives you the best price without haggling The fitters Ian and Michael were courteous, extremely clean and tidy and always on time All in all a very pleasant experience You would never have known they had been here Brilliant
Terrific family business, great service and I could not be happier with my windows! Laying out the money to do this major job, I was a little nervous but my goodness, the whole procedure was straightforward and stress free. I did have quotes from other companies who didn’t stick to their initial quotes and put time limits to agree the job within a certain period. Southside windows are thorough, skilled and professional, a company to be trusted.
Delighted with our new sash windows, they have completely transformed the outside our house. Attention to detail was amazing. Very hard working, friendly and tidy. Everything was on schedule, great price and knowledgeable - from initial quote, showroom visit, onsite work and after care. Can’t fault anything and have already recommended Southside Windows to friends and family.
Excellent service. The secondary double glazing made such a difference to both noise and heat efficiency. Best investment ever. Professional staff. Quick and efficient. Cleaned up after.
