Windows Direct Scotland Ltd

We wouldn't normally do reviews but felt Eddie and this lovely team really warranted it. No pushy hard sell, just an experienced team who really know what they're talking about, a job which on paper could have been absolute carnage - old steel construction house with every window and both doors being replaced at once - was the very opposite! Worked with us re which windows/doors to choose, colour, hardware, glass - lots of choice of quality products and fitted to an exceptional standard inside and out by their expert fitters who are not only incredibly skilled at what they do, professional and clean and tidy workers but all lovely guys too. The difference to the house not just aesthetically but in the warmth and light is amazing and Eddie has some lovely photos to share. Any aftercare or a little advice not a problem either. Can we say a huge thank you to you all for such a brilliant service and for what you managed to do for us. In terms of being customer focused, this team sets the standard.

Got 2 windows and a back door from Windows direct. They managed to supply and fit quickly and when there was a small mistake on size fixed very quickly. Tidy installers and no pushy sales. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely delighted with my new Composite Door! Exactly what I wanted. Modern but in keeping with our white window frames. Eddie has been brilliant from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision between designs. No pressure was at all felt which you get with other companies. Pleasure to deal with and could not rate or recommend any higher. Thanks again Eddie and to your 2 fitters - they were very time efficient and thorough with the fitting of the door. It’s worth adding the previous owner had a door fitted by a ‘cowboy’ and Eddie’s company came out and without any questions asked or added cost, rectified this and ensured our door was installed correctly. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. Superb.

Absolutely painless from start to finish doing business with Eddie and his team. Very reasonable prices compared to others and did a superb job. Absolutely delighted with the doors and quality of workmanship. I don't know this for sure but think one of his boys carried out a wee repair on my downstairs toilet door when they were installing my back door! That's old school lol

After many years and our guarantee being out of date, Eddie from Windows Direct had no hesitation in coming to sort out a problem with the sealing on our front and back doors. This was without charge. He took time and did an excellent job and I would have no hesitation in continuing to recommend this firm to people as we have done over the years. Thank you Eddie

My dad was looking for a new front door. Eddie came out at time agreed, brought out brochures for my dad to look at after measuring up my dad told him his choice. My dad also asked about side panel being replaced at his back door, Eddie also measured this and took copy of pattern and came back with a competitive price for both. Install of both was carried out today by Eddie's son. Time was taken during install and attention to detail second to none. Delighted with service from start to finish and would definitely recommend this brilliant family business to anyone.

Recently I has new patio doors fitted by Windows Direct. This is the third time I have used them. Eddie and his team do an excellent job. They turn up when they say they will, work to a high standard and leave everything neat and tidy. If I need any further Windows or doors, I won't hesitate to give them my business.
