Came out next working day just to quote and see what the problem may be, actually ended up fixing the window fully. Took 1.5hr. Fairly priced. Well worth it.

Strange experience this. Product is good and the installers were fine. Problem was management. They needed 3 attempts to complete the job for minor issues but all they were interested in was payment for an incomplete job. Turned rather aggressive. I like to use local businesses but can’t recommend this company I’m afraid.

Composite front door and two windows installed perfectly in a morning. Competent, pleasant tradesmen cleaned up on completion. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

We have had a first class experience with this company. Ordered door, got a date for fitting. Two lads came at time stated and made an excellent job of fitting out front door. Very polite and cleared up after. Highly recommend.

Just had the guys in from Gr today to fit my new windows , absolutely brilliant tradesmen. windows fitted perfectly , left no mess when finished , was quite happy to leave them in the house to get on with it , they also have a young apprentice with them which doesn’t happen much nowadays. Good work GR , 👍would highly recommend

Terrible Company. Agreed a price, needed to move a pipe to be able to install a door to my garden. Moved the pipe as requested at a cost of £800, was told I couldn't confirm the order of the door until I moved the pipe. Once moved I ordered the door as agreed, they then refused the job saying they no longer take these jobs. I had kept them informed of the progress with the plumber and at no stage was I informed anything had changed until after I moved the pipe and wasted my money moving it for nothing. I wouldn't use them if they were the last window and door company in the world. I see GR windows has replied and I would like to be clear. There was indeed an order placed for the door but the order was refused until I moved the pipe. It was made completely clear , I could not proceed with the order until I moved the pipe and there would be no issue once I moved the pipe, so I was forced to move the pipe without the order because GR windows would not allow me to proceed with the order until the pipe was moved and so forced me to spend the money to move the pipe or they would not make my door, then when I moved the pipe they declined the job. I had only spoken to GR the week before to update them and was told thats all fine, just let us know when it's moved and we will proceed with the order. A disgrace to try to push the blame back on the customer who did everything asked.
