We visited this store at the beginning of our door replacement journey. The manager in the store was extremely helpful explaining to us how to address non-standard sizing, how to replace architraves in a cost effective way and everything about their doors (what's inside etc). It was such a helpful visit!

Doors & Doors installed a door for me in 2022 and since day 1 I have brought to their attention faults regarding the design which was never explained to me or even shown to me at the time of purchase and designing in their showroom. For 4 years they keep delaying and making excuses to defer and avoid taking responsibility. They have sent me from pillar to post and refuse to take responsibility of errors made by their staff. They want to charge me for another door to correct their own mistakes. I have tried to hold off of leaving a review for 4 years but I gave up as their behaviour and actions are unprofessional and they have no sense of customer service. I would be very cautious when ordering or designing with them as often they don’t always heve the items and fixtures in their showroom. Ensure you request for those and inspect the designs carefully. The act has they send for review us 2D and not 3D and therefore the full design can not be appreciated. Be mindful when from the outset. Extra note: the manufacture visit made was not for functionality was for instalment. Again you are misunderstanding the point of non functionality on a design fault which was never shown to me as you did not have the item in your show room and keep misinforming your customers. Terrible customer service and pack of lies to hide behind. Certainly not trust worthy.

Terrible company to order doors and windows. Unprofessional, dishonest and can not accept responsibility when they make mistakes. Do not trust them and try other companies. Your concerns will never get answered and you will only be passed from one team member to another who do not communicate with eachother. Zero customer services and etiquette to say the least. Would not recommend at all.

He was extremely helpful in guiding me through the selection process, offering expert advice to ensure I chose the right doors for my space. The prices were very reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided. Daniel ensured I got the best deal without compromising style or durability. I highly recommend Doors & Doors for their excellent service, high-quality work, and fair pricing.

Needed a new door as had an attempted break in 3 weeks before Xmas. Doors and Doors were able to get the Solidor order in and fitted before Xmas when other Solidor suppliers were saying 6 weeks minimum! The fitters were quick and even fixed an issue with our wall outside - going above and beyond what we expected. Could not recommend more highly!

I cannot recommend Doors &Doors highly enough for anyone looking to have a new external door , even the builders said it was the most beautiful door they had fitted :) really pleased, thank you Lorraine for the exceptional customer service!
