Would recommend DM for product and service - they did a great job on my house windows. Particular thanks to Rob and Nathan who did an excellent installation job - good work, polite and friendly, leaving the house tidy and in good order each day.

In Decembre I got a first quote fairly easily to replace 6 sash windows, based on my own measurements. I then requested a site visit to confirm feasability and pricing before proceeding. It took several weeks and communication was difficult. For example, they arranged the visit with the tenants and informed me afterwards (when I chased them), despite having specifically asked to be kept updated. The revised quotation arrived in late February, with a steep 39% increase and key information missing. I replied with a polite list of questions like thermal performance, acoustic performance, FENSA or CERTASS certification, inclusion of window boards and installation timeframe. Nothing that a serious professional would not consider legitimate. Five hours later, I received a generic email stating that the company was unable to proceed due to “current workload and logistical capabilities”. No worries, I prefer to go with a company that doesn’t mind being held accountable with a client who requires proper documentation.
