We recently added two new windows to our dining room, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team handling the installation was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. The brickwork around the windows is flawless so precise it looks like it was always part of the house. We had new windows and door fitted in spring last year. Glen who did the quote had loads of knowledge and experience and Mike who fitted them was incredibly hardworking and they look great. Mike has been back twice, once to French polish a tiny scratch in the door and then to make a minor adjustment to the hanging of the door which had shifted slightly - not unusual a few months after fitting. They were also cheaper and nicer to deal with than the pushy big firms we also got quotes from. Would recommend.

EDIT: I ordered 2 more windows this year (2024). The quality of installation has deteriorated a lot, and Mike left a mess too. Very disappointing from a company I trusted. I have had a great experience with Betterdeal Windows and can highly recommend them. Communication, installation, and the windows themselves are all excellent!

Gary and his team did a superb window replacement job for us in E14. We were very impressed with the quality of the windows and the finishing of the installation. Good straightforward communications with an experienced firm.
