I had a terrible experience with Bergmann Windows and would strongly advise others to be cautious. The company sent a salesman to my home who pressured me into signing an agreement. I was disappointed with the order and decided to cancel. However, the company ignored my attempts to communicate and refused to cancel the agreement, claiming I had already signed. They took a £1000 deposit from me but, despite my request to cancel, are now refusing to return my money. They are completely ignoring my calls and emails. This has been a very stressful and costly experience, and their customer service has been non-existent. They seem more interested in taking money than providing a fair service to their customers.
Excellent service, really nice guys and fitting team. Done a nice job of my windows and had no problem sorting out a little issue i had. Theres a lot of cowboys out, so im glad to find a company who are freindly, polite, do a clean job and deal with any issues to make sure im happy. Difficult to find nowadays.
