It started with our initial consultation with Pav, who was fantastic. He took the time to clearly advise us on costs, showed us exactly what we could achieve within our budget, and gave us a real vision of what the project could become. When the build was about to begin, Jag, Barj, and the team attended to talk through the work and the plans. We did hit an early, unexpected oversight with some complex foundations, but this is where the team really showed their worth. Thanks to the quick action, communication, and expertise of Jag, Barj, and the structural engineer, they resolved the issue seamlessly and got the build back on track within just a week. Throughout the process, they have made us feel incredibly comfortable and have ensured there is as minimal disruption to our daily lives as possible. The builders work incredibly hard every single day, and we can barely believe how much progress they have achieved already.
Would absolutely recommend West Midlands Double Glazing to anyone looking for quality work. Pav came out to see us several times before we even signed the paperwork to ensure that we were happy with the proposed plan. He was very knowledgeable and provided expert advice. We were provided with quality designs for our rear extension that we were able to tweak and change at no extra charge. Once signed up, we were given a timeline for the build and work started exactly on time and due to the amazing builders and office team, the project was completed ahead of schedule. I cant speak highly enough of the builders that completed our project and the finish is impeccable. We are thrilled with the finished project. Pav and his team made what could have been a very stressful few months into a very enjoyable experience. What was very reassuring was that Pav was always at the other end of the phone when we needed to talk to him and didnt once try to add extra costs to the build. Thanks for helping to give us a dream extension!
We couldn’t be happier with the incredible transformation West Midlands Double Glazing delivered for our home. They knocked down our old conservatory and replaced it with a stunning brick extension featuring modern bifold doors.From day one, the entire team was an absolute pleasure to have around. Every single worker was consistently polite, exceptionally hard-working, and highly efficient. Our neighbours even went out of their way to comment on how tidy the site was kept and how noise was kept to an absolute minimum throughout the build.The quality of the extension and the bifold doors is outstanding. We had our extension built, I was very nervous to start with but the whole process from start to finish ran smoothly, always informed and quick to respond to any concerns. I cannot fault the building work and I love my new extension, every little detail is what I’d hoped for. The builders were amazing and have gone above and beyond very friendly and tidy. Even the building inspector commented that the building work was outstanding, I have recommend to other friends and would have them back for my next project Thankyou again for my extension I can’t wait to enjoy the summer
Had two back new bedroom windows fitted yesterday. Great job really impressed. The guys came and did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend they kept me updated every step of the way would definitely use these again.
