Had windows and doors replaced, the service was excellent from quote stage to completion. Reliable, punctual and very respectful of property. Covered flooring with dust sheets and no mess was left at all. The cost was also very reasonable. After researching many companies, JJA came out on top, and for very good reason. Lovely down to earth chaps and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Jim, we are so pleased, the quality and finish exceeded our expectations.

Excellent service - so helpful, really prompt at coming back to us and removed and replaced the cracked glass in our bi fold door expertly. Great value as confident that they know what they’re talking about and are going to do a good job. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Brilliant service from James. Called up James to have a look at my "sticking" conservatory door, which was not fully locking and have a look at a gap at the top of the door sorted too. James came over as requested, no messing about, straight to the point, got the job done in no time. Honest, friendly guy. Will 100% return if I ever need anything done. Thank you James.

Excellent service from start to finish. The door glass was fitted perfectly and the workmanship was outstanding. Arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with the result and would highly recommend.

Jim came to replace some broken window hinges, and glass where the seals had failed. He'd previously given us an approx price from photos we'd sent, and then came to visit to measure the window. Communication was easy and he was quick to reply. We booked in a date and time and when was running sligjtly late he messaged to let us know, which is appreciated. He was friendly, professional and quick. We're happy with the work completed.

I cannot speak more highly of Jim. He arrived on time and proceeded to complete a great job. He left everything clean and tidy and was professional throughout the time spent at my property. Highly recommended from me.

It may be hard to believe that a local company can get so many 5 star reviews but I'm pleased to say that this one deserves them. I had a door that wouldn't lock when closed so I called a local company who shall remain nameless, (but let's just say that they are based in GREAT BARR). They came out and immediately insisted that I had a faulty lock and that it would need replacing at a cost of many hundreds of pounds (these types of locks are commonly available on eBay for around £80-£120). Even though I insisted it was an alignment issue, that they had been coming to my house twice a year for many years and all it needed was just another alignment adjustment. They were adamant that it was a faulty lock, even after I demonstrated the door lock engaging while open but not while closed. I decided to try again and called JJA Windows and Doors, he came out straightaway, on the way to another job and actually did a quick investigation, identified the root cause (one of the hooks was not engaging at the top), made 2 quickly adjustments and fixed the issue. Total time spent 10 minutes. It's a real pleasure to watch someone actually performing a proper investigation and finding a permanent fix. On top of that he charged me less than the first company wanted to for a call out (they didn't charge me to be fair). So, long story short, a good bloke, who knows how to fault find and doesn't charge the earth. Completely deserving of the 5 stars.
