Communication and careful workmanship run through the accounts left by customers in Bristol. Louis is named repeatedly, whether for a detailed quote, advice on options for older properties, or simply for making a date easy to arrange. Several reviewers describe being kept informed from the first enquiry to the final touches, and the fitting teams are said to be friendly, efficient and quick, protecting furniture and carpets as they go and clearing each room thoroughly afterwards.

The range of work described covers replacement windows, new patio doors, front doors, a lantern, and even new glass set into existing frames with old-style bars. Customers comment that difficult installations in older houses were handled without fuss, and that quotes were competitive while still delivering a high-quality finish, with the new glazing said to transform the look of a home. Repeat business and referrals come up often, with more than one account noting the team would be used again for future projects. Advice before work begins, tidiness during it and a clean finish afterwards appear to be what people value most.
