The guys were respectful when installing my new windows and aluminium back patio door. The quality of the sash windows and aluminium windows and door at rear of property is truly excellent and has lifted this whole house from being tired and sad to now cared for with kerbside appeal. They’ve made the house a lovely home.
A Huge Thank You to The Window Company At 4 Cheeky Monkeys, we believe it's important to recognise the businesses that help make our work possible, and The Window Company has been doing exactly that since 2013. Over the years, they have generously supported us by donating doors and windows, as well as supplying many more that we've purchased as we've continued to improve and develop our centre. Their support has helped us create a safer, warmer and more welcoming environment for the thousands of children and families who have walked through our doors. The quality of their products and workmanship is exceptional, and their team is always friendly, professional and reliable. They are a company that genuinely values their customers and gives back to the local community. From everyone at 4 Cheeky Monkeys, thank you to everyone at The Window Company. 🩷
We had 2 doors replaced with the window company. We'd had builders and various other companies out in previous properties (and this one) and always been left a bit disappointed either by fit and finish or the thing just not "feeling" right. The window company are a refreshing change - the doors worked and are by far the best ones we've had fitted. They could handle our annoying requirements and the price was entirely reasonable - pretty sure they were one of the cheapest quotes we got. Few cosmetic snags as there always is with this kind of thing but they were rectified really quickly Would use them again - no hesitation.
The Window Company have been amazing all the way through from start to finish. Steve and Ben have done an absolutely amazing job at fitting 2 new windows and our widening the back wall to fit a new patio door. They have finished the wall off inside really nicely too. Couldn’t have asked for a better job or a friendlier team. It’s been a pleasure getting the work done by them. Would 100% recommend and will always be using the Window Co for any future Doors and Windows needed. (This is already the second time we’ve used the Window Co!)
I wanted to get new windows and a door put on my garage so my neighbour recommended The Window Company. I'm really glad he did! From the initial enquiry right through to completion they were absolutely superb. Professional, immensely helpful and great value. Will definitely use them again very soon!
I’ve used this company on three separate occasions to have windows and doors fitted, and each time the experience has been excellent. The fitters have consistently been professional, respectful, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile. Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble for them, and they always get on with the job efficiently and with a positive attitude. The engineer who recently visited was excellent as well. It’s quite unusual to find such a consistently high level of service across an entire team, especially over multiple visits.
We’ve had a really disappointing experience with The Windows Company in Stretford, mainly around installation quality and aftercare. We chose them because they promoted premium products and great service, and although they weren’t the cheapest, we were happy to pay more for what we thought would be a high‑quality job. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. From the first night, the noise was so bad we thought the windows were open. An engineer blamed the trickle vents and suggested covering them with tissue or foam, then quoted over £1,200 to replace vents on just two windows. This was surprising given the windows were advertised as good for soundproofing. When winter came, we had draughts from every window, more condensation, and even mould starting to appear — none of which we had before. Another engineer put it down to our heating schedule.Later, a fallen shutter revealed a large gap between the window and wall with no insulation at all, and other rooms had similar gaps. We struggled to get clear answers about whether this was acceptable. After pushing for it to be looked at properly, they eventually agreed to redo. . The fitter who came out found that parts of the bay window hadn’t been sealed at all and was clearly surprised by the previous work.We regret not going with the smaller local company our neighbour recommended. The whole experience was stressful, and we had to chase repeatedly just to get basic standards met. If you use this company, check everything carefully.
