Amazing after care service from Becky after my key for my rock door got stuck in the barrel Becky & Darren when above and beyond to help me. Darren came over and managed to remove the key without it snapping. I am so grateful, they really do care about their customers! I’ve ordered a new barrel as Darren suggested. Paul was extremely helpful and sorted our issues and door desgin extremely quickly, very reasonably priced and when my partner rang Wendy in the office was extremely helpful and considerate and patient when my partner rang as she uses a relay service for telephone conversations. Paul Richley had visited us in 2024 but we were unable to proceed at that time. After speaking with Adele who was extremely helpful we were happy to be told Paul was still with the company. Paul visited us yesterday & was as friendly & knowledgeable about the product as I had remembered.
