We recently had four sash windows replaced by MWF. Everyone involved was a pleasure to deal with and the service/communication was smooth throughout the whole process. The installation itself was ultimately carried out in under a day to a very high standard with minimal disruption and we’re delighted with the quality and end result! Strongly recommend to anyone considering their services.
Had patio windows installed Sept 2025, windows are lovely very happy with them. Downside the mess left in the house. no covers used only the ones i used to cover television and sofas. We came home the carpet was covered in dust are footprints stood out through all the dust. walls were filthy, even now months later still cleaning up. No partion used to separate the 2 rooms until my husband told them but was too late by then the mess was there, No amount of cleaning can clear the mess. we need a new carpet it is ruined and the whole living room needs repainting. When i came home i said oh my god what a mess, the reply i got was you should have seen it early before i cleared up. I Wasnt going to leave a review because i was happy with the windows, but i shouldnt be cleaning up months later . the whole house .
I’ve recently had an external side door installed to the garage. Really good job, arrived when they said they would, installed the door fantastically, solid and all locks inline, no mess afterwards, mrs works at home and could continue having meetings etc while they worked. Its been installed a week and no snagging to report. Kevin was very polite and professional, he even drank the aweful cup of coffee with no complaints. Would purchase from them again
Absolutely flawless. We had every window in our house replaced by MWF and the entire process couldn’t have been better. We were very happy with the price and the quality of work far exceeded the amount paid. Wouldn’t ever consider using a different window company in the future.
We had 7 sash windows and new doors fitted by MWF. The installation was impressive—completed in 3 days with zero mess, but what really impressed me was the aftercare. I believe you judge a company by how they fix mistakes. When we found some minor scratches/discoloration, MWF sorted it out immediately. They aren't the cheapest quote you'll find, but you are paying for quality and the guarantee that the job gets done right. If you want peace of mind, go with these guys.
