Great service from Peter fitting an internal door in a tenement flat.

I was anxious about such a major (for me) purchase and what might go wrong but everyone I met or spoke to on the phone at Doorworld was friendly, reassuring and did an excellent job. A really good price; it's a lovely solid door with extra keys provided; work was done on the date I chose; a very neat and tidy install by very polite, smiley and professional workers Michael and Kevin. I even got helpful maintenance advice. I'm absolutely delighted!

Michael came, fitted four internal doors, did a great job. The whole process from calling to order the doors, to the doors being fitted was excellent. The price was great. I would highly recommend.

Had our front door measured up before christmas. Was told they'd get back to us in the new year. Heard nothing. Chased them up last week (Jan 21st), and they asked for a date to organise a measure up (obviously didn't recognise my details). I tried to arrange a date, and mentioned that I was confused, as we already had had the door measured. It's been radio silence since then. We were ready to spend over a thousand pounds, and now they've lost our business. Wouldn't recommend.

Appalling experience with this company. Messed us about. Really disorganised and hard to get a hold of. Gave us an installation date then didn’t show up and denied all knowledge of it. Don’t waste your time with them.

Kevin and Michael fitted two doors for us including old handles we had bought years ago. Later that evening the handles were difficult to turn. We called Doorworld and they popped out within an hour or and sorted the issue. Great service.
