Sunrise Windows

Sunrise Windows is a window and door installation company based in Plympton, Plymouth, that has been trading for over 25 years. It is an approved installer of replacement windows, doors and conservatories, specialising in uPVC products. A-rated windows are offered as standard. The company serves Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall, and typically operates on a four to five week lead time. Installations are carried out by a team of highly skilled craftsmen with many years of experience.

A 10-year insurance-backed guarantee is provided, and FENSA certificates are normally issued within a month of installation. Sunrise Windows will not pressurise customers to commit to an order on the same day and will not call or contact after sending out the brochure unless asked. Sunrise Windows (Plymouth) Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited.

Homeowners replacing a single window, a front door or a set of French doors feature throughout the feedback, and the standard of these installations is described as consistently high. The fitting teams are said to be professional and tidy, completing the work without fuss and leaving the rooms clean afterwards. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with fitters reported to arrive exactly when expected. Communication before, during and after the job is mentioned frequently, from the initial discussion of available window types through to aftercare once the work is finished.

Named fitters Mike, Matt and Chris are singled out for their helpful and calm manner, including a sitting room window installation that posed unexpected difficulties and was still completed smoothly. Reviews time and again mention competitive quotes and a ten-year guarantee. The range of PVC windows, doors and conservatory work covered at the quotation stage is also noted, as is a blown unit and a replaced sealed window among the smaller jobs. Several customers highlight the family-run character of the business and the involvement of managers who visit to check progress.
