Brilliant. Professional service but friendly, not pushy at all. Really great experience talking though options. Then Chris and Lenny have done a brilliant job fitting them. They look great. They kept the place really clean. All in all a pleasure. Would recommend any time.

This all started when I needed my bathroom and front room windows replaced after ware and tear from over the many years I have lived in my house for. I asked one of my close friends who had recently gotten their windows done up who to go to and they told me richard from doors and windows solutions did a fantastic job and was quite friendly. So I decided to check out some reviews on Google which I was then met with overwhelmingly positive reviews. With this information I decided to give richard a call which then we decided on a date and price. Over the phone he came across as a well mannered and professional man. He even complimented my tan on my profile picture. I remember seeing the doors and windows solutions van parking outside my house an hour early. On the date of which we settled on he gave me a knock on my door 5 minutes early with a smug grin on his face which then he greeted me and we shook hands which I would like to say he help onto for a tad bit longer than professional. I had already sent him the correct measurements of my windows in my bathroom and frontroom so he swiftly got to work. He would occasionally make friendly conversation with me and my soon to be 21 year old son. Although he didn't seem to pay attention to my beloved wife Linda. My son ellyot was polite and made richard a coffee and offered biscuits but richard declined. Elliot then came to me saying that richard had been giving him quite the "perverted looks" and even complimented his appearance on being "youthful".I didn't think much of it since I thought maybe he was just polite. My son decided to switch out of his feminine clothing into more baggy and less revieling clothes. To which after richard seemed a little bit off and was making less conversation. Around 20-30 minutes after I had to leave to collect a parcel. After I came back richard was done with the windows on which he did an extremely good job on which after I thanked him and he left the house with his tools. I already felt a bit off but when I looked outside the front of my house his van was still there after 45 minutes after he had left my house. I then asked ellyot if he would like his favourite dish for dinner that night being ramen. Which he told he wasn't hungry and seemed little bit uncomfortable which I asked if he was okay. He told me that when I wanst home richard felt being touchy with him and asked him if he had Facebook so he could leave a review but my son told me he had the gut feeling he didn't want it for him to review but for other reason. To which I was disgusted! My son continued and told me his underwear draw had appeared to be rumaged through and a couple had been missing. Ellyot had been downstairs for all of the day and there hadn't been anyone else who could have been in my sons room. This nail in the coffin was when richard decided to reach out to my son on grinder which is extremely unprofessional. I tried to contact him about his behaviour to which I had no reply. To which now I have been pushed into making this review to warn others about Richards perverted behaviour. I am willing to delete this review if you apologise to my son

Thanks to Richard and his brilliant team for a great job. From measuring up and agreeing design to a clean and efficient fitting it was a hassle free process. They’re a delight to deal with. Good old fashioned customer service. Thanks for a perfect job.

Again doors and windows have done a fantastic job Chris and Shaun worked so hard through bad weather,we are so very pleased with everything would not hesitate to recommend to anybody. Thank you Richard and team

If I could give a higher score I would. I contacted Richard at Doors & Windows for a replacement double glazing unit and he was very professional, genuine and honest. The quoted price was very reasonable but I chose to use Doors and Windows because of the customer service. It's hard to find people that are reliable and I won't hesitate to contact him for future business. Thank you.

Another great result from Richard and the team at Doors and Windows. The new composite door definitely looks the business and, as expected, Chris and Len did a fantastic job fitting the door and trimmings, including sorting out two pieces of skirting I removed to ease the removal of the old door. A very professional team - couldn't fault them and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I've just had a patio door fitted from Doors & Windows, absolutely over the moon with it. Richard was a pleasure to deal with , giving a good price & spending time explaining everything. The 2 fitters were brilliant, worked hard even though it was sweltering. They left everything really clean & tidy & were very empathetic with my extremely nervous dog & kept out of the way when she needed to go outside. I can thoroughly recommend D&W.
