Had several companies out to do an initial quote and right from first meeting with Logan got a good vibe from DNA Window Solutions, that they had my best interests at heart and not just about making the most profit. A very competitive and accurate quote was sent over same day as the appointment. Dan in customer service was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process - he went out of his way to be accommodating, eg with arranging fitting appointment around my work schedule. Very constructive meeting with Adam the big boss to do the final measuring up, he was extremely knowledgeable in answering my questions and gave some great advice that clarified a few last minute decisions for me. Last but definitely not least, Mike and Sam did a flawless job on the fitting and my new windows look great and function perfectly. DNA Window Solutions has fitted a double-glazed door with a side panel on our porch. Just had new windows, bi-fold patio door and composite front door supplied and fitted by DNA and the experience has been simply awesome. The whole process has been flawless from making initial contact and having the visit for the quote (which was extremely competitive), agreement of the products required as they have a wide range that can be chosen, and then through to the ease of making payments - just super easy. And then the best part was the fitting itself. Sam and Mike are both super nice guys, extremely polite and courteous and their work is impeccable. The final product has been very professionally fitted, flawless and looks amazing. They left the rooms tidier than they found them!! I had the glass roof replaced by a tiled roof on my conservatory and what a difference it’s made. Now it’s a real room to be used, very happy with the end result. DNA windows did an excellent job. The lads were hard working, helpful, punctual and always cleared up any mess at the end of the day. I would use this company again.

I’m a landlord that has just recently used DNA Windows for a full window replacement on a 2 bedroom period property (11 windows, including a bay window).
