Silent View Windows

We now have new conservatory windows from Silent View Windows and we are very pleased. Pleased in several ways. Firstly, visiting their showroom and getting really good advice from a friendly experienced team, and we could see the sort of materials they would use, quality glass, latest tech. Once we gave them the green light to go there were site visits for measuring up and importantly the project manager suggested a new framework design and lead roofing/gutter solutions, these guys are pros and we much appreciated their desire to do a top quality job, and yes it cost more but it was worth it. Pleased also with their team of people, they were all friendly polite and they knew their stuff e.g. the guys who dismantled the old structure and put in a new one, not an easy job as our windows were awkwardly positioned. Then another team for fixing new glass and not forgetting their lead expert who made the edgings and seals. It now looks superb and professionally made. Most importantly the new tech double glazed glass really reduces the sun's heat compared to our old straight through glass. Another plus for these guys is their guarantees, which made us feel easier and the fact that they are close by. By the way, we did try other suppliers, one wouldn't even take the job on and another didn't seem to have the depth of experience. So we wholly recommend this company.

Silent View replaced my patio doors, French windows and some other windows last week. I'm very happy with the products and the service I received from beginning to end. The fitters Ben and Graham were very helpful and worked hard and cheerfully in the heat for 2 days. Highly recommend.

Great service throughout. I was very keen to use a local business and I’m so glad I did. Ben just fitted a new door and changed a panel on another to remove a cat flap. They look fantastic and perfectly match the existing doors and windows. The new one is expertly installed and feels very sturdy. Thanks also to Rose, Ennis and Dean.

There are so many window companies out there. After a lot of research and neighbour's recommendations, we went with Silent View windows. This turned out for us to be an excellent decision! We are over the moon with our new Origin windows and Solidor doors. The quote was discussed carefully with Dean and Enis. We made multiple visits and they always made us feel welcomed. The fitters, Steve and Graham, carried out their work with great professionalism leaving us confident that a real quality job had been done. They left the house spotless. Steve was happy to make all the fussy adjustments we asked for with good humour. The finishing touches (colour matching etc) are just superb. Great artisans at the right price. We are so impressed, we are going to ask their sister company Thame Builders to tender for further home improvements. Thank you very much to the whole team, including the nice patient person who answers the phone.

Dean and Jordan did a fabulous job installing our new front door despite 33 degree heat. They were efficient and friendly, made sure we were comfortable with locking and unlocking and could not have been better. The door is gorgeous, exactly what we wanted and ordered. Very happy….

We recently had new double glazing fitted throughout our home and were happy with the entire experience from start to finish. The initial advice received was very helpful allowing us to choose the right windows. The quality of the windows is great — they look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference to our house making it feel more solid compared to the old windows. The installation was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. Dean, our fitter, was professional, friendly and clearly took great pride in his work. He worked efficiently and carefully throughout, and the finishing was impeccable — clean, neat edges all around. At the end of each day the team made sure to tidy up thoroughly, leaving the house spotless. It's the kind of attention to detail that makes a real difference when you're having work done in your home.
