I contacted a number of glaziers, and Oxford Glass & Glazing were the most organised in responding by far (indeed, most never got back to me at all). David and his co-worker repaired my broken sash window pane and reglazed my bookcase door; they did an excellent job, with great communication and efficiency. Elly in the office kept me updated on everything. They didn't make me wait in all day, as some people can, but gave me small slot times and arrived promptly. Everyone was polite and friendly. I was very pleased with their work, and would use them again as well as recommend them to others.
