I had some blown double glazed units and contacted Admiral to quote for replacements. They passed my enquiry to the service team and Laura contacted me and arranged for Nigel to come out and take measurements etc. I received the quote later in the day. Once I gave the go ahead the glass was ordered and arrived about 2 weeks later and an installation date arranged shortly afterwards. Nigel came back to fit the glass and was very efficient. All in all, very good service at a competitive price. I'm sure we will be back in the future when more original units blow!

I recently had a new front door installed by Admiral and I couldn’t be happier with the final result! Everyone at Admiral was so friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We had so many options to choose from and decided to go for a composite door from Solidor, which we are so pleased with. The installation team did a fantastic job. Our old Victorian walls are a little wonky, but they took the time to carefully adjust everything and make sure the door fitted perfectly. The attention to detail was excellent, and they left all the edges and finishing touches looking so neat. We couldn't be happier with our new door and would highly recommend Admiral. We would definitely use them again and in fact, we are looking at updating our windows soon and I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. Thank you so much to the team at Admiral!

Here's Admiral Windows originally dreadful job. The installers responsible told their manager all had gone "well." 3 further days of work by Admiral (through a self-employed contractor) over a 15 day period were required to put it all right. The company has not offered me any discount to compensate for the significant disruption and stress. I am also now left with a redecoration job in 2 rooms, which would not have been necessary had the installation been done properly in the first place. Avoid. Ps Admiral claim in their reply that the bracket holding in the power cable next to one window had previously pulled away from that brickwork on more than one occasion. That is a lie. It had never pulled away from that position until Admiral's appalling work. I'd have more respect for Admiral windows if they just accepted they screwed up on the initial installation. Avoid.

Excellent experience using Admiral Windows to replace a glazing unit, window handles, and repair a door. The engineers are skilled, efficient and tidy. The quote process is impressively clear and the admin staff friendly and professional.

Ours was the first job of the day on Steve and Fabia's schedule and they arrived on time. The job, replacing our front door hinges, turned out to be more difficult than expected and took longer to do. So apologies to the next customer if they arrived late. Steve and Fabia did a fantastic job in extending the life of our door and we will certainly go back to them.

Sarah and the team at Admiral have completed a tricky repair on an older double glazed sash window. They had to improvise using newer spare parts on an older window and managed to repair it so the window is back to full working order. The team had to attend the property on a number of occasions to complete the repair and really went the extra mile to get the job finished. Sarah is very professional and friendly to deal with and Admiral provide a very helpful and niche service which is much needed in Oxford. Many thanks for all your valuable service and help.
