We've just had our old bifold doors replaced with fixed glass and a central door. The whole experience from start to finish with Goatley Ltd has been absolutely superb. From the initial visit with Jordon to the standard of workmanship and the materials used. We cannot recommend highly enough. GO TO GOATLEYS every time.
Goatleys attended to replace my mum’s windows in her flat. She says Adrian , Brad and Joe were ‘very knowledgeable, helpful and good workers’. They were also very tidy and left the place clean. We appreciated all the time and attention they gave us. I would definitely recommend them.
We have just had all our windows replaced by R&D Goatley, and we are extremely happy with their work. Both mine and my wife’s parents have had work carried out by them over the years, and they came highly recommended - and they didn’t disappoint. The whole experience was very positive. Our communications with Simon and Jordan were friendly, courteous and professional, with sound advice and great expertise. When it came to the date of installation (8-9 January), the weather was horrendous - thanks to storm Goretti! The team worked professionally and tirelessly over two wet, cold and windy days to fit 9 windows. They were punctual on both days, always upbeat, and were absolute perfectionists. The finish is excellent, and I was amazed to find no mess at all in the house afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goatley. They are great family company who deserve their continued success.
Our conservatory sliding door became hard to open and close and the key wouldn't turn in the lock. Before the end of the day Jason and the team arrived and supplied and fitted the new parts and sorted both issues out at a great price. I also received helpful information regarding maintenance best practice etc. I recommend using R & D Goatley Ltd / Uvpc window and door repairs in Sussex, Shoreham.
Excellent aftercare from R&D Goatley Ltd. Two years after installation, our front door was no longer shutting smoothly. I contacted the office and, without any hassle, they quickly arranged for a service engineer to attend. The engineer was friendly, helpful, and made the necessary adjustments efficiently and without any fuss. It’s great to see a company that genuinely stands by their work. Highly recommended.
We recently purchased and had a new front door installed by R&D Goatley. This is not our first experience with them—they carried out work for us about 30 years ago, and we are pleased to say that the quality and standard of their service remains just as high today. The installation process was smooth and professional. We did encounter one minor issue after the fitting, but as soon as we reported it, a service technician was dispatched and arrived within an hour to resolve the problem. The swift response and attention to customer care was very impressive. Overall, we are extremely happy with our new door and the service provided. We would not hesitate to recommend R&D Goatley to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent aftercare.
