We can highly recommend Brighton Trade Windows. The whole team were really helpful and professional, from the initial visit to the fitting! Thanks especially to Mark for his patience as I pondered different handles, Darren for expert measuring and the guys (apologies I've forgotten their names) for fitting so well and quickly! We love our new door and window. We definitely will be using them again.
I recently had a problem with one of my sash windows that BTW fitted 6+ years ago. Most company's wouldn't rectify a problem after this length of time. Rob in the office kept me updated and was polite and efficient. Gary the engineer was punctual, polite and efficient. Problem sorted thank you BTW. A special mention I feel must also go to the owner of BTW who runs a very efficient and professional company.
From quote through to fitting, I’ve been delighted with the service provided from Brighton Trade Windows. After a bit of research and several referrals from neighbours for these guys - I’m really pleased we went with them. We wanted residence windows fitted - as an approved supplier, it was easy to view an example in the showroom so we felt confident in the product from the start. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely team!
