They answer their phone for a start! Polite, friendly, helpful, communicative, fitter was on time and delightful, very competitive on the window I needed replacing, all in all a top job. Thoroughly recommend B&M!

Superb. Jack was so good - clean, punctual and considerate og being in our home. And his mate Wayne who came a couple of times was also great. There was a minor flaw with one of the windows, which Jack highlighted and replaced; something we might not have noticed until later, so really pleased they told us. Highly recommended.

Fabulous windows and fabulous service. We replaced our old windows with new sash upvc and they look great. The installation team were very considerate and efficient and their customer service has been excellent and very responsive. Would definitely recommend - their prices were competitive too.

Adjustment made to two doors and a replacement handl/lock. Very thorough, very good engineer who was efficient and did some detective work to find a suitable replacement door handle. I would certainly recommend them for repairs or fitting new.
