I had a very disappointing experience with this company regarding a 50K window replacement project. After initial discussions, they promised to send a VIP/specialist to assess and write a report on the state of our old windows. We waited 3-4 weeks as instructed, but the person never showed up despite repeated promises. Multiple phone calls went unanswered (they could see my number but didn't pick up), and when I followed up, I was simply told to send emails instead. This complete lack of responsiveness wasted several weeks of my time on a significant project. Customer service fell far short of what you'd expect for a high-value job like this. I would caution others, they simply IGNORING customers.

The sliding doors are great, expertly fitted by Robin, Nathan and Matt. The team were friendly but efficient and the final care taken to ensure the finish was right was impressive.

I needed all my windows replaced on my house and I can across Shaws on a Google search … Their reviews were great and the quote that I got was very competitive. Ben Graysmark and his team came to fit the windows and I must say what a pleasant experience it was. Ben was personable and very professional….. My house looks like new now !! Fifteen years ago Shaws of Brighton installed excellent replacement windows at my Brighton flat, so when I moved to Eastbourne during December 2025, I had no hesitation in entrusting Shaws with replacement of the windows at my Eastbourne flat. The quality of the five windows [one with a door to the balcony] is very pleasing. Also the quality of the installation is truly superb, with excellent attention to detail. Everything was done with great care, with excellent finishing, and with the efficient clearing away of the old windows and debris to leave my flat clean & tidy. I thank the team at Shaws for their generous and kind cooperation, and for supplying and installing excellent replacement windows at my Eastbourne flat.

Two professional young men (Chris &, Joel) came yesterday to fit a new window in our ensuite. Every care was taken to ensure my home was protected. Sheets were laid on stairs and landing. When finished Chris went through all the care and maintenance with me. The window looks great, thank you guys.
