Perfect Shutters - Merseyside

We had ours installed yesterday, full house, and they are absolutely beautiful. The team who helped us with it including Anthony who came to quote, through the surveyors, admin team (Mia and Yvette) and the install team were so amazing, they were a joy to work with. I would 500% recommend this company. They have fitted for my in laws three times now and they also have had excellent experiences.

They certainly do live up to their name. From the initial visit of the surveyor to the fitter measuring up, the installers and finally the excellent aftercare customer service on the phone from the Allerton Road office. Would highly recommend this company very professional.

I've got perfect shutters throughout my home, spending about £6000. I've previously left a good review after encouragement from perfect shutters and being impressed with the initial product. Theyve mostly been okay, but about 12 months ago, I observed that in two rooms, the shutters were bowing. Some up, some down. I raised thisin December 2022, and perfect shutters acknowledged my concerns and said it'd be rectified. Months later in April 2023 (shipping from China), a fitter turned up with a single slat, when 6 whole frames worth were warped. To his credit, he acknowledged they needed replacing, took pictures and assured me it'd be fixed. Fast forward another few months to August 2023 (they're all from China remember) and someone turned up to replace a single frame in each window (there were six). Now, each time I call and politely ask for someone to speak to me, nothing. I've called 4 times and each time, I'm promised a manager will be in touch. EDIT: someone from perfect shutters is now trying to address my issues. I'm therefore withholding final judgement to see how this progresses, but I am happy theyre at least trying to fix this problem now.

Generally disappointed with the service - the shutters are just about good enough, though I’d expect better from the £1,300 we paid for our bay window (which wasn’t the cheapest shutter type available). There are various chips on each of the three shutters, one of them doesn’t fully align with the shutter frame when pulled out, so needs pushing upwards to get it back in, and there’s a nail poking out of the frame. From afar the shutters look good, but upon closer inspection they are certainly not ‘perfect’.

After a 5 month wait, I am absolutely delighted with my shutters. The fitters Dan, Declan & Will were brilliant. They tidied up after themselves and did a great job.Thank you so much. Will now recommend to my friends.

Got 4 perfect fit blinds attached to doors and one normal blind, they looks great, easy professional service 👍🏻 recommended
